Ingredients

  • 1 broccoli
  • 1 tsp of pepper
  • 1 tablespoon of butter
  • 1 tablespoon of cheese
  • 1 onion
  • ½ cup warm water
  • 1 tsp of salt
  • ½ cup of heavy cream

Directions

  1. In a saucepan add the onion and cook
  2. Add the broccoli, bit of water and cook until it is smooth
  3. Combine with the cream and put in a blender, stir until smooth.
  4. Put the soup back in the saucepan and season with salt.
  5. Sprinkle with parmesan and sprinkle on top

Ingredients

  • 1 lb. of chicken breast
  • 1 tablespoon of taco seasoning
  • 1 tablespoon of avocado oil
  • 1 can of diced green chilies
  • 6-ounces of cream cheese
  • ½ cup of heavy cream
  • salt
  • 2 cups of chicken broth

DIRECTIONS

  1. In a Dutch oven, heat the oil over medium heat, stir in the taco seasoning and cook for 1-2 minutes.
  2. Add the broth and chicken and simmer for 20 minutes, remove the chicken and chop it.
  3. Add the cream cheese and cream to the soup.
  4. As soon as the cheese has melted, add the chicken to the soup
  5. Season with salt and serve
