This DIY Aloe Vera hair mask for healthy hair contains only three ingredients Aloe Vera, Vitamin E and Almond Oil and it will rejuvenate your hair, making it smooth and soft, and shiny.
DIY ALOE VERA HAIR MASK INGREDIENTS
Aloe Vera is a plant that contains vitamins, minerals, amino acids as well antioxidants, which is very beneficial for hair. It calms an itchy scalp, reduces redness and inflammation helps with dandruff, pH balancing heals scalps affected by psoriasis & seborrhea, helps hair retain water and moisture, strengthens and repairs hair strands, promotes hair growth.
Vitamin E is a natural antioxidant that helps in repairing damaged tissues. When applied to the scalp, it can reduce irritation and inflammation in the scalp. It can also repair damaged follicles and strengthen hair. It can stimulate hair growth as it deeply conditions the hair from the root to tip, making hair shinier and healthier, and prevents graying of the hair and split ends.
Almond oil is along with antioxidants, vitamin E, fatty acids and protein, it’s also high in magnesium, which will help to boost hair growth and reduce breakage. It will make your hair stronger and less prone to split ends. Applying it to the hair will provide immense hydration, resulting in soft and lustrous strands.
Another oil that I really like to put in my hair mask is Argan Oil, which is one of my favorites.
Argan oil is rich in fatty acids and vitamin E, it can help turn dry, coarse and unruly hair into softer and shinier, more manageable tresses while cutting frizz and fly-aways too. If you have dry hair like I do, check oil hair cream for dry hair it can help you decide which oil you need.
How to use: Take 2 tablespoon of Aloe Vera, 1 teaspoon of preferred oil and one vitamin E capsule. Mix them together and apply all over your scalp and hair. Keep it at least for 2 hours or overnight. Rinse with a mild shampoo.
